How the credits work
When does a credit get used?
When you start a report, either by uploading the assessment plan or by choosing to enter the details yourself. Creating a student, and opening an assignment to look at it, cost nothing. Once you’ve started, everything is included: extracting your documents, generating every section, rewriting, asking the assistant for changes, and exporting to Word, as many times as you need. It’s still one report.
When do I get my monthly report?
On the same date each month. Join on the 3rd and your next one arrives on the 3rd. If you don’t use it, it stays in your account. Nothing expires while you’re a member.
What if I cancel?
Reports you’ve already written stay yours, and you can open and export them any time. Unused reports are kept too, but you’ll need an active membership to use them, so rejoin any time in the next year and they’re waiting. After a year away, unused reports expire.
